7475 Tasting Notes
this one came to me via cavocorax and isn’t half bad. I don’t generally enjoy darjeelings…they’re like fake black teas to me that taste like greens and oolongs – not my favourite. however, since i’ve had a few in my time that i have liked, i’m always willing to try new ones. This one isn’t half bad. It’s got that green taste to it, but it’s not drying or bitter and i drank all of it! thanks cavo!
my other half better appreciate me. We got him a bike before the wedding, now he’s getting a car and he volunteered to dog sit for 4 days…at our place. sheesh! lol the things i let him get away with. Finished off this tea today and it was an enjoyable cup. Still have a bunch of sipdowns i want to try and get through over the next three days. but i’m glad that some of those cups will be tasty cups of tea like this one.
minty, vanilla goodness. nothing super special about this one beyond the name… for those of you that know helen, she’s still made because she doesn’t have a new crown, but she’s making up for it by wearing a helmet now. special helmet for a special dino. enjoyed this tea courtesy of missB :)

mmm a small bit of this from variaTEA was a nice opportunity to revisit this one. I still prefer it as a latte, but it’s a nice cup of tea on this dreary sort of morning. …er afternoon haha. So glad that it’s a long weekend AND my other half has at least 2 of the 3 days off! woot woot! Maybe we’ll get a bike ride in this weekend.
mmmmm another delicious tea from Nicole I am really loving this one today. This is a really great malty and yet not bready, sort of tea. I don’t want to call it sweet, because that’s the wrong way to describe it…but there is a lightness and almost sweet like quality buried in the malt. thanks so much for sharing nicole!
