1 Tasting Note

I bought this tea cause of the big discount the store had last month, usualy i dont shop at teavana any more, cause i think the taste of there teas are a bit blend, but hey i couldnt resist to go inside and check there big 50-75% discount. So in the end i bought this tea Dokudami Umami, first time ive ever heard of it, it suposed to be rare. so i brew my tea in a Gaiwan, and let me say i was expecting something less, but oh boy was i wrong. This herbal/oolong tea has a goldish brown color and a strong nutty smell, and the it gives tosted light honey flavor. And the more you brew the more concentrate tosted flavor you get. And even if you let it steep for more than 3min it wont taste bitter.
Im glad i bought this, and i drink it every night 3 to 4 batches.
Plus you can eat the soy beans ;D taste good.

Preparation
195 °F / 90 °C 3 min, 45 sec
