This tea definitely decreases the length of a cold and helps alleviate symptoms. It is wonderful with honey.

I’ve been drinking tea for over a year now. I have a cup of green tea each morning. DGAllen brews it and I guess what it is! I’ve recently discovered the benefits of Oolong tea – so I’ve been having a cup of these each day, too.
