Stephanie drank Carävan by Andrews & Dunham Damn Fine Tea

Just delicious when paired with a durian sponge cake from the local Vietnamese bakery. I think the smoky, vaguely meaty flavor of the tea balances out the “unique” , slightly fermented, custardy vanilla flavor of the durian cake.
