I saw this tea on Adagio’s site and although I’m totally un-knowledgeable about this fandom the tea sounded awesome. It has a smell that can only be described as choco-mint-berry. It reminded me slightly of Andes mints. The tea got here so quickly! It only took two days to deliver; which means a lot to me as a customer. These bags I ordered are also huge I’m glad that I have some room in my tea area for them! lol
When steeped this tea has a very strong smell that was less present when dry: strawberry and rose. Which does smell nice. Ahhhh this tastes so nice! I’m drinking this with no additives and it is surprisingly sweet. Very chocolate flavored with strawberry in the forefront. The berry is also there along with some lighter mint notes. These mint notes are actually slightly cooling on the palate, which is pretty nice. I have to say this tea is pretty; it smells, tastes, and looks beautiful. I’m so glad I ordered this one because I have to admit that although I don’t always like “fun” tea, this makes me want to share.
This is the first time I’ve ordered from Adagio in almost a year and I have to say that I’m glad I did.
