lol This is a tea Steepster seems to love to hate. But this is my fourth box of this tea and I just keep steeping! My husband actively asks for this tea and he never does that. He says that the sensation/flavor at the back of your throat when drinking this is why he enjoys it so much. This tea is something that I will always try to keep around for relaxing and just enjoyment. It is noticeably better with 2x bags instead of just one.

I should try this. I tried kava a while ago and thought it made me queasy, does it have the same effect on you?
Sorry I just saw this! I really haven’t noticed any side effects from drinking it. I know it is supposed to “relax” people; but I’ve never noticed anything spectacular about it in that way. As far as tummy issues, no to that too! I think that kava is not a very large amount of the blend.
