Today has been such a great tea day! Sencha, pu’erh, matcha, and dancong?! Who wouldn’t be happy with that? :p I’m trying to stay hydrated because it is so dry here now that I’ve had to have the heater on.
This tea is really only good when cut with my other matcha powder. This one tends to be more bitter than what I’d like. It also does not mix as well as other matcha powders that I have tried. The foam is beautiful though and I love the easy to store tin.
