I just made a 2nd steep of this and realized something. The base for this must be very similar to the one used for 52 teas’ Pancake Breakfast. It has a burnt sugar flavor and some kind of almost vanilla going on. Very nice. It also somewhat reminds me of the flavor of the buttercream mixed tea I have from Adagio.
