Much better! I finally seem to have done 2 things to straighten out the flavor on this a bit.
1) Low, low temp. I’d say 170 or lower
2) mixing the leaves a ton before spooning into the water.
I still am disappointed; as I’m still not tasting lemon. I’m getting lots of flavors in this now. I am tasting far less of that scary popcorn overtone I was getting before. I think what this needs is more mint. I think I’ll start adding my own since I have it on hand. A strange flavor appeared at this tempt. though, pepper. O.o Again, this stuff is excellent for making me sleepy. I think I’m enjoying this more now than before, but still don’t think I could really suggest this to anyone or purchase again.
