Vibrant, young matcha powder made from gyokuro. Excellent quality and price for ceremonial-grade matcha. A $22 canister through MyGreenTea lasts me months. I keep this in the refrigerator or freezer, depending on length of time between brews. This is my go-to favorite matcha for traditional preparation.
