Apple tea that turns into Green tea:

The first time I made this, I used one of the David’s Tea bags that came in the package set. Well, that was not the best thing because I over stuffed it and the fruit pieces expand so after a minute it was a big floating blob. 5 minutes of steeping and it was okay, and I only got a light green tea flavor for the second steeping but even that was barely.

This time I used an infuser (IngenuiTEA) and and stirred it once. (1st steeping) After about 3 minutes for the first steeping it was a pleasant apple tea. No note of the green tea so I almost consider this just a herbal with a tiny bit of tea and caffeine (Still, don’t drink this after 2 PM if you are caffeine sensitive as it still contains some green tea leaves.)
Second steeping (7 minutes): Underwhelming. The apple flavor is a back note if even there. It might just be in my mouth from the first steeping. I will still steep this a second time, if anything to get my money’s worth from it. I hesitate to reccomend this if you like a second cup from the same tea leaves, but the first cup is good and has a strong wonderful apple flavor. *My rating on the second steeping would be 60 and barely recommended it.
