Mmm, this tea never disappoints. I really should try it gong fu style, but it’s just so easy to make it western style and it’s consistently delicious. It’s a great first tea of the morning too. The hint of smoke gives you that kick you need to wake up. I’m having some friends over for tea next weekend and trying to decide if I should try a new scone recipe or do everyone’s favorite. It gets so boring to make the same scone every time, but I know it’ll be a hit, whereas I don’t know what the reaction will be with a new one. Hmmm.

Ooh, I’ve made those before and they’re good. My friends always want the Jamaican banana scones mostly because of the yummy glaze, but I feel like I should do a fall-themed scone, like pumpkin or apple.
Lol, Cameron. I’ve given that recipe out before. I can PM it to you if you like. It’s basically banana scones with a brown sugar, rum, lime, coconut and pecan glaze. :)
I just found a recipe for caramel apple scones. I think I’ll give that a whirl!
