694 Tasting Notes
This came to me via a “Mystery Swap” with Eva. Thank you so much for sharing this with me. This is one I would have never picked for myself because it has rose chips and Chamomile, but am absolutely in love with!
There are very few herbal teas that make me think man I want more. This one is going to have to go on my caffeine-free want list. This is so nice and calming. I get, mint, I get lemon and I get vanilla with a hint of fruity. The cup keeps getting better as it cools a bit. This sample will not see tomorrow!

This was pretty tasty. I get lime a a bit of vanilla/creamy. This make my throat a bit scratchy though. Not sure if that is the tea or if it is my need to drink some water. For this type of tea, I definitely like the Lemon Meringue Rooibos by Tealish a bit better.

I have been enjoying this in the morning at work this week. I have been wanting to try this for some time. It is a light fruity, caramel-y tea. I like this quite a bit. I am strongly debating ordering a tin of this with H&S free shipping deal, but committing to 4oz of one flavor of tea seems crazy:)
Sometimes I place an order over the phone. I order their 2oz min and pay shipping. It’s minimal. I think for 20 something it was 3.95, but I got small amounts, more diversity and saved overall because I didn’t spend $50.
I need to get some of this!
You can order just 2oz? I was thinking they only sold in sample, 4oz, 7oz, or 1lbs.
Over the phone. I learn this from ashmanra. You can even ask them to fix a loose leaf sample of something they sell in a sachet form only online. Great customer service, very helpful. I remember talking to Mike Harney couple times when had ?? I have only great experience with them and I’m a loyal customer since they were not that famous.
forgot to mention if you decide to do it you should tell them about frequent buyer program and get 5% off.
I was tempted to try the Paris too, but couldn’t decide. So many tasting notes on it, but couldn’t commit. After I’m done playing with dessert teas, maybe I’ll go for it.
boychik so you rocked my world with that comment! I had been planning to buy a ton of sample sizes for 2 dollars. By calling and ordering from the store I was able to get 2oz of all the teas I wanted to try for just a dollar more! Thank-you! My cupboard will be exploding with H&S here in a few days.

I definitely get a sweet and caramel flavor from this. It is very tasty, but it seems to be a very weak base. I may have under leafed this. I will have to give it another go.

I have been in the “afternoon tea” sorta mood lately. I feel like I should have on fancy ear rings and be sipping tea out of a tea pot with all the neighborhood ladies with a tray of little cookies. This fit right into my current mood. This was so yummy. Lemony citrus mixed with a spark of bergamot. I may have to grab a tin of this the next time I come across a store caring it.

I did an Earl Grey Cream-off today if there is such a word. I compared this with Zen Tea’s EGC which I have been drinking for the past week and which now sadly is all gone. They are both delicious. My notes about the differences would be that this is much more vanilla-y and the Zen Tea’s EGC has a bit stronger bergamot. Today I found myself wanting more and more bergamot. Maybe I need to go on a perfect EG hunt?
Ah, I should have sent you more EGs! I have quite a few. Someone on here did an Earl Grey-off a while back, and I think (?) Teajo’s won.

One of the teas for the 12 Days of Christmas exchange was The Pint from Adagio Teas. It was a black tea with vanilla and ginger. A tasty and interesting combination. So when I saw this I thought it would be interesting to try. I really enjoy this, but I would ask that there be more ginger! The vanilla in this is pretty strong and very yummy, but I want the ginger to stand out equally as well. This tea and the The Pint has me on the hunt for ginger teas.
I often just steep a nice black and add fresh slices of ginger. I find the fresh ginger adds a slightly lemony tones. I like ginger best with assams , Ceylon’s or a chocolaty Chinese black.

This was quite the treat! This tasted like my favorite raspberry hot chocolate without the guilt!. This was a little week, but I blame that on my under leafing. I will try this again with a tad more leaf, milk and sugar for a yummy dessert.

WOW, WOW, and WOW! I am in love! I am always on the hunt for good lemon tea. I love lemon! This was perfect. First it tasted exactly like the name suggests. I got the lemon with no lemon grass, I got creamy, I got rich full of flavor in your mouth deliciousness. This sample made me want to go out and buy stupid amounts of this tea so there is never any chance of running out. I will have to savor this sample and then possible break my no more buying tea rule just to have this! Thank you so much MissB for including this!
