89 Tasting Notes
uck What You Heard was a tea that was exceptionally delicate, and with a lower brewing temperature, more of these delicate tasting notes were able to come out. One thing I like about this tea was its complexity, which came as a surprise. Another thing I like about this tea was its strength, and had great body and energy. Hell, even at one point, it started to taste like a white tea!

This sheng is very complex and had a lot going for it. I think that it’s exceptional, especially considering that it’s a higher-end sheng, and is a tea I would save for a special occasion. It was very fragarant, and was complex in a lot of ways. Overall, I would reccomend getting at least a sample of thist ea, becuase its one that I believe that everyone should at least try once.

2017 Four AM by Whtie2Tea was as complex as it was tasty. One of the first positive attributes that I noticed about this tea was that its texture quickly turned into a soup, shortly after beginning the session. Another aspect about this tea I liked was the fact that it was complex and kept changing throughout the session. This tea also had a nice energy, which made me completely tea drunk by the end of the session.

Wow, this is a fresh and vibrant Alishan mountain oolong! Pear Mountian Oolong is lushous, creamy, and sweet. It taste amazing, and leaves a wonderful impression on the tongue. The price is on the higher side,, but it is very clean and very easy to drink.
Wow, this is a really great milk oolong! It tastes very creamy, and has a good back bone as well. At first, the taste of cream corn and dairy milk hits the front of the tongue. Then, a spinach like aftertaste is left on the tongue. It has a very balanced mixture of milk and vegetal tasting notes, which helps this tea become more balanced.
Here’s a photo of my session!

To start, I think that Magic Mountain DNA is a beast of a tea, and for multiple reasons. First, its aggressive and has a sharp edge to its body. Second, it left a lasting impression in the mouth, and in turn, left me very tea drunk at the end of the session. I think this tea is exceptional, especially for representing the Menghai region.

It was floral, sweet, and vegetal. It was a great Sheng, and easy to drink as well. The first steeps were light and sweet, while the middle steeps were heavier. Towards the end steeps, it left a sweetness that lingered in the mouth. I would highly recommend this Sheng to people who are looking to try Sheng, because although it’s a great tea, it’s also easy to drink.
