The first time I steeped this for 2 minutes because I was afraid of the green tea becoming too bitter. It only had a very faint flavor of the chocolate and cherry. The second steep was for 3 minutes and I could taste more of the spices from the chai.

Today I made a fresh batch and steeped it for 3 minutes at 175 using my Breville Teamaker. Oh my word, so delicious! I can really taste the cherry but it’s not too sweet. The taste of the spices is very faint right now but I bet they will be stronger after a second steeping just like last time. I don’t even like chocolate or cherries but somehow this tea really works well for me. One of my favorite teas. I will be saving up to buy the collector’s tin soon.
