I got this tea in a sample pack. The tea smells nice, but it’s a tad weak. I might try this tea again to get a better feel for it.

I got this tea because of recommendations of other people. They ranted and raved about the tea so I came in with high, abet tempered, reservations.

As with most Twinings tea it’s bitter. Going through my tasting of Twinings I realized that a lot of the tea is bitter. Some for the better, some for the worse. The Darjeeling comes out a smidge on the better side. Most everything about the tea is light. Light on floral smell, taste and spice.

I like this tea a lot. The aroma out of the canister when you open it is outstanding. The taste has mellowed since I first bought the tea, yet it is still very drinkable.

I did not like this tea. It wasn’t horrible, however it has a bitter aftertaste. After having Twinings Jasmine Green Tea I thought I’d like this tea as well.

The Ceylon Orange Pekoe was fine. I tried double and triple bags with the tea and it was basically the same. I expected it to be more citrusy, but I wasn’t disappointed with the flavor.
