Delicious! I’m not sure that I can taste the cheesecake, but this is definitely a richly flavored coconut tea. My husband, who does not like coconut, commented that the steeping tea was the strongest coconut smell he had ever smelled. Good thing he doesn’t have to drink it! I’m thinking that while my sugar and soymilk made a lovely dessert tea, it might be holding back the cheesecake flavor. So, I’ll try it sometime plain, or maybe with soymilk but no sweetener.
