I’ve been on a massive cleaning spree today. Usually I clean a bit here and there throughout the week and by the weekend everything is (mostly) done. Today, for a reason I can’t even explain I need the whole house to be clean. I guess there are worse problems to have. Anyway, I stopped cleaning to pick up my son from school, and when I got home I realized I was exhausted and was craving a dessert tea. Something decadent that would also give me the boost I needed to get dinner started. Enter DTT’s Oatmeal Raisin Cookie.

It has been a while since I’ve had this tea. I used one perfect teaspoon of leaves for a six ounce cup. The result was a wonderfully sweet cup full of vanilla, spice, raisin, and cookie notes. It was exactly what I wanted, and I enjoyed it from start to finish.

Preparation
Boiling 4 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 6 OZ / 177 ML

Tea obsessed since 2010.

My Rating System:

100-95 = Teas I actively seek out and keep in my pantry. If you are a guest in my home chances are I will offer you one or all of these teas. Also, if/when these teas are discontinued I openly mourn their loss.

94-85 = Teas I truly like, often have in my pantry, and sometimes restock. These are my variety-is-the-spice-of-life teas.

84-75 = They’re good teas and I enjoy drinking them on occasion.

74-65 = These teas are ok, but not really my thing.

64-55 = meh.

54-45 = I will if I have no other option.

44 and below = Coffee, please.
