I enjoyed this tea a lot. I wish that the oolong flavor would be a bit more prominent, but the orange with a bit of spice was very pleasant. As my cup cooled down it was just as tasty, but the orange became the primary flavor. I definitely prefer this hot, but am thankful that it doesn’t become a terrible tea experience if it cools!

drank Hazelnut by Adagio Teas

This is very tasty, and has a very bold nutty flavor. It is one of the few non-chai teas that I prefer with milk, to give the nuttiness a bit of creaminess as well. It isn’t one of my favorites, but I will enjoy what I have of it.

drank Sunrise in Tibet by T Salon

This is a really standout flavored black tea. The citrus is very pleasant, and easily detected, but there is also a sweetness that comes from chocolate and vanilla flavors too that makes this one particularly spectacular!

drank Vanilla Green by Adagio Teas

I was pleasantly surprised by this tea. I wasn’t really expecting a whole lot, and some vanilla flavors taste incredibly fake. Not so, here. When it is hot the scent wafts up and it smells absolutely delightful! Upon first sip, the vanilla is very rich and pleasant and plays better with the green tea taste than I could have ever anticipated. Definitely tastes like dessert in a cup!

drank Zen Full Leaf Tea by Tazo

This is my favorite Tazo tea option. The green tea is well balanced with the mint, and it is my go-to Starbucks option. The mint isn’t weak and packs a pretty good punch, and there is a citrus kick in there too.

I enjoyed this tea a lot, but I prefer it iced. I like having teabags around for travel and such, and this fits the bill well!

Not a fan – it just tastes like weak orange water. Never again.

I love this kettle, though it is my first one. Before this I was using the stove or hot water from my Keurig for tea. Once I realized how much better certain teas were with more precise water temps, and that I was breaking my Keurig with 5-8x daily use, I found this. Got it 20% off at Bed Bath and Beyond with one of those coupons, and it is my most used and loved appliance. I have had it 8-9 months and it is still going strong. Should it pass for some reason, I will absolutely be repurchasing.

This is hands down the best tea Teavana sells, in my opinion. The citrus, lavender, and sage flavors are all equally present and they balance each other very nicely. I like to add just a hint of sweetener and ice it. The only issue I have is that I go through it super fast and don’t like paying any of Teavana’s jacked up prices, so I must wait for it to be on sale before I get more!

drank Berry Basil Blast by Teavana

I think this is one of Teavana’s more standout blends. However, be warned, to enjoy it like I do you have to be really into basil. Basil is the primary flavor here, which I like, because it is sweet but different compared to most other teas. I like it best chilled, and it is one of my favorite iced teas in the summer because it is so herbal and refreshing. I bought a ton of it at the last 75% off sale, and would repurchase if it were on sale again.

Now a certified teacher, beginning my first year in third grade this fall. I have been involved in the tea world about 5 years now. In that time, I have learned so much, and am hoping to learn even more by joining the steepster community.

In my non-tea times, I am usually watching netflix while writing lesson plans, cuddling my two kitties, or trying to find new things to do in a town that is sometimes a bit limited!
