I’ve made a few pots of this in the past week, and every time I’m surprised by how much I enjoy the grassy rice cake flavor. Big thanks to my sis for discovering the name of this style of tea.

well this is My sis http://steepster.com/oddree but as you can tell she doesn’t use steepster enough… even though she originally told me about it and got me into tea in the first place. i owe it all to her. and we still share all the teas we can cuz she lives down the street :)

I’m a coffee drinker who appreciates tea, but until my sister got into it, I mainly drank a few flavored bagged teas (and of course, Southern sweet iced tea). I pull out the Throat Coat and Breathe Easy when I’m sick, but aside from that, teas have never been a daily part of my life. However, my sister has exposed me to a broader range of flavors, and to loose teas, so I’m now enjoying tea more often.
