I did not like this tea at all. I was excited a tea was coming out that was specifically pineapple flavoured, but was very disappointed when trying it. I found that the floral notes coming from the oolong really overpowered the pineapple flavour. I think if the pineapple had of been stronger, or the oolong was less strong it would have been a winner, but sadly I could not finish my bag of this.

I like this one. I prefer chocolate chili chai, but this one is a nice substitute while chocolate chili chai is gone. I do prefer the energy this one gives me however, I had one cup of it and it gave me a energy boost that lasted me an entire day of work. Its not as heavy of a tea as the chocolate chili chai, but I found that steeping it a bit longer than reccomended really helped to enhance the flavour.
This tea was very weak. No matter how long I steeped it. I even tried to make a latte thinking it might be better suited for that. I was wrong, once I added the tea to the almond milk, the flavour was completely lost. I am quite disappointed because this could have been an excellent tea. I had the smore’s tea from teaopia last year and it was brilliant, I only wish this one had of compared.
- I revisited this one, as I am drinking through my older teas to make room. I actually quite like this one cold-steeped. It was hot that I had tried it before I think, and I didn’t like it. Cold-steeped however, really helps to let the flavours unravel slowly and complement each other, rather than overwhelm each other.
This one was alright. I feel like each cup I make is different, depending how much of each ingredient I get in each cup. The only thing I did not like about it was the rose. I found it made the other ingredients taste funny. Again, this one is better iced than hot.
This tea was okay hot. I preferred it cold because it is quite sweet. I did not need to add sweetener to it and I had to steep it for a long time to get it to the strength that I like. I will probably buy this again as a single-serve, but I doubt I will make it a regular in my collection.
This tea captures the exact taste of what I feel a strawberry-rhubarb pie should taste like! it is quite tart but then the subtle notes of strawberry come through. Everytime I drink this tea I like to eat graham crackers, to get the full effect of strawberry-rhubarb pie.
I really liked this one. I tried all of the teas in the ‘cake’ collection that came out previously, and I only really liked the ice cream cake one. This one would have been a better one to have in that collection I think, rather than the chocolate cake. To me it is quite chocolatey, but has fruity undertones which had depth to the flavour. My only problem with this tea was it drastically stained my glass mug. It took awhile to get it back to normal, but other than that it was a nice tea.
This is a great mate. I had been finding a lot of the mate’s coming from david’s as of late had been heavier flavours. I am glad this one is lighter, and is fruity which is perfect for first thing in the morning.
I really liked this one iced in the summer. I bought a tin of it and forgot about it. I made a hot cup of it today and found that I really like it hot as well. Its nice and fruity, but the coconut in it helps give it a bit of heaviness that makes it a good herbal for the colder weather as well!
I reccieved this tea in a trade. I normally drink the pumpkin chai from David’s tea. I like this one a lot because it isn’t chai, so the pumpkin flavour comes through very clearly. I like my teas very strong so I steeped it for about ten minutes before drinking it and it was perfect!
I really liked this tea.I got it in a trade with Ellyn. It is very subtlely flavoured… i made it right before i went to do laundry so i accidentally oversteeped.. but it was excellent it made the flavour even more prominent!
this one is not bad, its a bit weaker than i like my chai’s
This one is good. I generally oversteep my teas however, as I like them extremely strong. Unfortunately if you oversteep this one, it becomes sickeningly strong, to the point where it hurts your teeth. It is delicious iced, as well as hot, so long as it is steeped for exactly as long as they say. It is a little less citrusey to me than the pink flamingo, but I kind of like that.
In the winter, I was drinking this hot. Now that its summer I have tried it iced, and I love it both ways. It is the perfect citrus blend. I can’t generally have citrus teas as I am deathly allergic to mango but this one here doesn’t have mango in it so it is perfect. I get the perfect summery fruit blend without dying !
I’m not sure why, but I hd always avoided this tea for some reason. I tasted it when it was the TOTD at Davids a few weeks ago, and realized I had been making a huge mistake. This is delicious both iced and hot. I find I have to steep it for a really long time, but it is well worth it. The taste reminds me of something from my childhood that I can’t quite pinpoint.
This tea is exactly what it says it is.. blueberry jam. It is very good iced and hot. I don’t normally find blueberry teas too strong, but this one is extremely strong, especially being paired with the black tea base. I really enjoy the strength of it. I was hesitant at first because they did put stevia in it, and I definitely like to control my own sweetener in it (as i drink most teas black).
This is a good desert tea… I don’t like the idea of it iced, but warm with some cookies or cakes is an excellent idea. Other than that it was quite ordinary … probably not one i’d get a tin of.
I call this one my man tea. It is very nutty and rich, and because it mixed with the black tea it makes it quite a bit bolder… It is the perfect tea for a rainy summer day because the brazil nuts still give it a taste of summer… I did not love this one iced.
I had to give my bag of this one away. It was a horrible blend for me. I’m not sure what about it I disliked so much, all I know is the taste, was like tequila rose… which made my stomach flip flop when I tried it. I also tried it both hot and iced, and neither were okay.
This tea has slowly become a staple. I didn’t think it would become a favorite, but it really is. It is quite potent and one cup gives me enough energy to get up and go.. which is awesome because I am a reformed coffee drinker who drank up to 5 black coffees a day. The taste is a little bit medicinal if you get a spoonful without too much berry, but other than that this steeps up quite nicely and is excellent warm or cold.
I don’t usually get green teas, or fruit teas at all, but the associate working that day suggested it to me as I constantly get sore throats in the winter…. she told me to not completely boil the water, and to put honey in it as well and it will work like a charm! … she was right! … everytime I feel a sore throat coming on I have some of this and feel much better…. I will definitely be keeping a tin in my cupboard year round from now on!
LOVE! … I’m so glad to have finally found a fruit tea that I like. I am usually more partial to dark, strong teas… this one is really strong without being overwhelming, and has a great balance of sweet, but sharp with the hints of mint… would be amazing as an iced tea as well!
