Alannah drank Kava Stress Relief by Yogi Tea

Had a cup of this Saturday, and it did make a noticeable difference (at least with my upset stomach—when I’m stressed, that’s where it affects my body)… brought it today hoping for the same effect, but no luck. Moving on to Tension Tamer now!

I’m a 41-year-old vegetarian zen witch who is obsessed with tea, music, beer, psychology (and many other things)! I really dislike herbal teas and will mostly only drink black with the occasional green and white mixed in from time to time. I have two huge cabinets full of tea that I will probably never be able to use up—it’s a constant battle to keep myself from buying more! Every time I travel, I come home with a bunch of new teas to try. I don’t post on here as often since I’m really trying to keep my collection in check and haven’t been trying as many new blends as I once did.
