I got a bag of this to try from a coworker, and the information is all in Japanese so I was anxious to come on here and look it up! The smell is pretty intense… pure jasmine with a hint of fruit, but the taste is the opposite. All lychee, all the time. Despite that I think it’s quite pleasant. I’m not sure I would buy a whole tin of this but it’s a nice change from what I usually drink and I can’t stop sniffing it!

Still working my way through this last bit of the tin. I’ve definitely outgrown this blend, although it’s not bad. It was once my favourite vanilla tea (years ago) but I won’t repurchase it after I finish this up.
Two cups of this lovely blend today on a cool, grey day. Perfect start to my week!

Even in the summer months, this blend tastes amazing. I can’t get over the fact that I can drink it whenever the mood strikes now since I’m so used to hoarding it in the past! Awesome, awesome, awesome. <3
Backlogging…
I oversteeped this by 4 minutes or so yesterday and it still wasn’t undrinkable. I did end up adding more water after a few sips but honestly it wasn’t ever bitter. Not my best cup of tea ever but still pretty decent (and super strong for a sleepy morning)!
Finally bought some concentrate to keep at home, and I have to say I’m so addicted to this! I mix almost 3/4 chai with maybe 1/2 soy milk and have it chilled with ice. AMAZING. I am dying to try it as an ice cream float with Bhakti Chai Ice Cream sometime in the future too.
I also just bought one of the brand new pre-blended ready to drink cold bottled blends (mixed with soy milk) but haven’t had it yet. I got the “slightly sweetened” kind, which I’ve never had before so I’m anxious to see how it tastes too!
This tea definitely makes a pleasant summer cuppa!
I haven’t been letting myself get chai every Friday because I’m trying to save some money (and calories) lately, but I gave in today. Not surprisingly, the one I got today tastes pretty amazing since it’s been a few weeks since I had one! Happy Friday!

I’m wearing a BPAL oil today with a coconut note in it, so I was in the mood for something coconutty when I picked out my tea for the day. This is really hitting the spot today, I have to say! Nice and summery, light but caffeinated. Perfect!

Can’t shake this really nasty sore throat so I’m still trying to drink soothing teas at work (they’re not really helping!)… I had one lone bag of this that I think was a leftover from a hotel stay or something. Mint isn’t really my thing in tea, unless it’s pretty well-blended with something else and there’s just a hint of it. Needless to say, this blend isn’t for me. Straight up mint in a teabag. The overly smooth mouthfeel kind of gives me the heebie-jeebies for some reason so it’s been an interesting cuppa. Something about it is kind of medicinal, and it smells lovely but otherwise it’s really not something I’m enjoying.
I’m nursing a super sore throat today so I pulled this out. It’s very light and slightly sweet so it works fairly well as a “comfort” tea. It’s probably my favourite decaf tea that I’ve tried—I always forget how much I like it!

Tried this again today (with syrup—I keep forgetting to get one without it), and it’s definitely my favourite out of the Caribou tea latte blends. The pomegranate flavour was more noticeable this time and I quite enjoyed it.
Just a bit oversteeped today, so I added more water after it cooled off a bit. Not the best cup of this blend I’ve ever made for sure, but still enjoyable. I need to drink this more often!
Had this yesterday, and it was really lovely. It wasn’t the usual green tea blend, that’s for sure. I could see the little white chocolate bits in the tea, and there were quite a few of them, but it just added to the flavour of the blend and didn’t really stand out/distract like I usually feel regular chocolate does in a tea blend. I didn’t get any marshmallow notes from it, per se, but overall the vanilla/white chocolate just smoothed out the green tea flavour and it was a nicely balanced, slightly sweet cup of tea. Glad I got a couple of ounces of this! I am not normally a huge green tea fan so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
