433 Tasting Notes
It’s colder today so I pulled this one out of my stash. Fall can’t get here soon enough!

Added a bit too much tea when I brewed this and it brought out a strange flavour (the creme)… kind of odd. I’ll be careful to add less next time!

Oversteeped again and had to add milk but not bad. I just don’t like milk in my tea, period.

Getting over some kind of horrible stomach bug, so I didn’t want to be as harsh on myself as I normally am with black tea. This is a nice mix—the white tea mellows out the rice-y taste of the green. I don’t drink this often, but I like it when I do!
I can’t pick out many of the individual flavours in this blend, but it all works nicely together. I had a hard time finding this in stores, so I bought several boxes when I did find it (and it looks like it’s been discontinued again). That’s a shame, because it’s quite different. Good with milk or without as well.

I’m on my last few bags of this and hadn’t realized it was no longer available. I’m not totally sure I would’ve bought another box, just because I have so many different vanilla teas at the moment, but I’m still sad! This is a good basic vanilla black tea—I always like Twinings.
I am not a huge chocolate fan, and was a tad worried about trying this blend. The chocolate is definitely there, but thankfully it’s not overwhelming. I like the way it blends with the banana, and the marigold petals are really nice. This is kind of a special occasion tea—very different!

This is one of the first “fancy” teas I ever tried and it was a staple for years… I think I’m on my 4th tin of it by now. The appeal has kind of waned over the years, though. It’s a decent enough vanilla blend, but there are way more interesting/exciting ones available now. It’s very smooth and the almond kind of tones down the vanilla a bit but I think I like other teas better at this point.
Hmm, not impressed. First time trying this, so I’ll give it another chance before I dismiss it completely!
I hadn’t had this for a while and I remember liking it much more than I did today. The first cup I brewed steeped way too long (8 minutes or so) and was so bitter I had to throw it out and start all over. The second time I only brewed for 4-5 minutes and it was much better, but not as good as I’d remembered.
One of my faves!

Another winner from Vermont Liberty Tea Co.! The ingredients on the tin list lime leaves, papaya, pineapple & mandarin orange and there were bits of something (either papaya or pineapple, I’m guessing) in there. It’s a really tasty blend with a great smell (I can’t quite pin down what it smells like, but I can pick out the orange). Very nice, great colour too.
It’s been a while since I drank this. I didn’t remember it having much flavour but this time I over-steeped it and it’s a tad bitter. I’m not a huge fan of white teas but this is a nice blend and smells wonderful!
This is pretty good for an American black blend! I wouldn’t necessarily buy it, but it’s my go-to at work when I don’t bring my own tea.
