Amount: 1 teabag
Additives: none, wild huckleberry honey
Water: 1 mug (12 ounces) filtered boiling water
Steep Time: a little over 5 minutes
Served: Hot

Notes: Soothing tea, lovely without additives, great for calming down before bed.

Smell: floral, minty, not a very strong odor
Flavor: sweet (unsweetened) floral, not much changed with honey, MilitiaJim was surprised by the mint flavor (he doesn’t like mint), the citrus flavor was evident
Body: medium
Aftertaste: vegetal
Liquor: nearly see through yellow-brown

190 °F / 87 °C 5 min, 0 sec

I’m not a big fan of chamomile on its own but I really enjoyed this incarnation of it when I tried it as part of a sample pack awhile back.

i got this in the sampler pack too, i prefer this to the teavana Egyptian camomile

I love caffeine! I prefer tea to coffee. I prefer my flavors to be in your face, not subtle. I plan to use this blog to keep track of the teas I have tried.

I get my daily dose of caffeine from Starbucks (Grande soy no water chai latte).

50-75=I might purchase this tea from time to time, or select it while out
75-100=A staple in our cupboard from now on, I will purchase and keep purchasing
