Amy oh drank organic chamomile with lavender by Traditional Medicinals

Sometimes lavender is too much for me in tea, but I don’t actually mind it here. Today is the second afternoon I’ve had a headache and I am starting to wonder if I need to cut back on my caffeine consumption. I was trying to make it through the late afternoon without any but I was practically falling asleep.

Anyway lavender is supposed to be good for headaches, maybe this will help. :-/

Sometimes you can get headaches from not drinking enough caffeine if you’ve been having a lot lately. Like withdrawal headaches. It happens to my fiance periodically.

Too true, even if your headaches are small migraines caffeine would be good for it!
Could your headaches be allergies? I’m allergic to rooibos. I’d cut out herbals first if you’ve been drinking more than usual. I’M not a know it all but I am allergic to a host of things.

I definitely think the headaches are related to days when I drink too much caffeine. I can’t remember a day in recent memory when I haven’t had enough. :-P I do have allergies, Bonnie. I take Zyrtec almost every day at this time of year and it seems to help.

I am a fan of many different teas but my favorites are blacks and oolongs, also like darjeeling and pu-erh. I’n always learning and expanding my horizons!

Dislikes include: bergamot, jasmine, highly tannic or bitter teas, overly judgmental and bitter people. :)

Live in San Francisco, I’m a SINK (single income, no kids) and love the urban life, but traveling out to the middle of nowhere is always fun too.

95-100 I love this tea and would like to keep it around

94-90 An excellent tea which I may or may not repurchase

89-80 Pretty good, above average

79-70 Acceptable

69-60 Mundane – Will probably drink it if I have it

59-50 Ick

49 and below Nasty
