I loved that this tea was naturally sweet with a spice kick! I enjoy it on the cool side.
It’s a great tea, but then again, I am a vata personality!
11 Tasting Notes
I was never a big fan of this tea but it seems to have gotten worse. I’ve recently realized that the tea falls out of the teabag within seconds of steeping it (I’ve been seeing this for a couple of weeks now). Either the boxes I’ve been drinking were defects or Bigelow has changed something in the bag manufacturing that renders it nearly useless
This is the only tea from Bigelow brand that I like (of the 6 or 7 that I have tried) but I would put most other brands of basic black tea ahead of even this.
This is my favorite basic black tea to fall back on. It tastes best with cardamom, milk, and sugar, and served hot with the milk boiled before it is added.
This spicy tea was delicious, served hot with sugar and skim milk
This tea is really strong and very flavorful with teabags made from a nice cloth-like mesh material
This tea has a delicate, sweet flavor but is very bold. I had this team medium-hot with a little bit of sugar.

I steeped a bag of this tea in a small quantity of medium temperature water, and it came out perfect with a subtle green color and subtle-y sweet taste
This tea was delicious and light with a cooked flavor. I steeped this tea in medium-hot water for a couple minutes before serving
After smelling lots of teas, this teas aroma stood out. After bringing it home I found that it was probably because the scent is fairly pervasive and almost medicine-like. The tea was pretty good, but not my favorite. I brewed this loose-leaf tea in very hot water for a couple minutes and mixed with a small amount of sugar. This tea would not go particularly well with milk
