I keep this in my travel bag because when I’m on a trip and my body is telling me it’s 2pm but the local time is 2am I want a natural way to help me sleep. This tea really does the trick – but I hate the taste of it! It has a bitterness to it (from the Valerian root), combined with the chamomile and the lemongrass it makes a very weird combination. But I drink up it because Mother knows best!
