Second brewing – tried ten pearls per 6 fl oz and 3 minute steep time. Still very delicate, has almost a wine aroma.

A very delicate jasmine. I might actually try overbrewing this a little next time.
Try the “cherry blossom” flavor as a cold infusion. Beautiful to look at and perfectly light and refreshing as a summer drink.
I was inspired to try this after enjoying Dragon Pearl’s jasmine. Unfortunately, their black is fairly boring and unremarkable.
This is a great jasmine.
A very old favorite. I’ve been enjoying this cold all summer.
I’ve seen three versions of this tea; a black, a green, and “cherry blossom.” The only one I’ve tried so far is the cherry blossom. The flavor is very delicate, but enjoyable and nicely balanced. It has the blend of sweet-saltiness that I typically associate with sakura mochi. I think it would go well with a mild (not too sweet) omochi.
