drank Earl Grey by Twinings
3238 tasting notes

Just an okay Earl Grey. I bought the sample pack out of curiosity and my curiosity is satisfied. It wasn’t horrible and I am not scarred for life or anything, but it was just tea, nothing special. I have purchased these while on vacation with minimal teaware and it sufficed, but Twinings has much better tea available than this one and I take loose leaf with me and find a way to make it work now! Their Blossom Earl Grey is preferable to this one for me.

On another subject, Steepster seems to be glitching horribly. I went to several friends pages and there are dozens, if not hundreds, or reviews that I have “liked” that no longer show it! Seriously, I am reading your notes and liking them, but for some reason it gets removed! I comment now and again, but I don’t know if those are being erased or not. :(

The trouble with this one is the base is just too meh. It is a wallflower. Nice and polite but I couldn’t pick it out of a lineup.

Bio

I am a music teacher, tutor, and former homeschool mom (25 years!) who started drinking loose leaf tea about fourteen years ago! My daughters and I have tea every day, and we are frequently joined by my students or friends for “tea time.” Now my hubby joins us, too. His tastes have evolved from Tetley with milk and sugar to mostly unadorned greens and oolongs.

We have learned so much history, geography, and culture in this journey.

My avatar is a mole in a teacup! Long story…
