Although this is far from my favorite 100% Keemun tea for drinking hot, it was where I got my start in loving Keemun back when I used to add milk and sugar. It is very economical and is drinkable as a breakfast Keemun even plain, but the way I like it is iced and sweet! It is pretty popular with the whole family, and a neighbor came over once and started bargaining with his wife about all the chores he would do if she would learn to make iced tea like mine. I told her to let him do the chores, but all she had to do was buy better leaf!
