This really is a Golden Monkey that tastes like a Panyang Congou, and I have no idea how it tastes with an everything bagel but it is very good with chocolate covered pretzels and Pepperidge Farm cookies! It is less sweet and honeyed than the Golden Monkey from Harney and Sons, and leans toward the flavor of Emperor’s Red. Thank you, JacquelineM! This was the guest favorite at today’s tea! Even my youngest liked it with no additives, and that is very unique!
