Very nice tea with my asiago bagel! This is a great English breakfast, though milder than some if you are accustomed to the newer British style breakfast teas that have a lot of assam in the mix. It has just a bare hint of smoke that is just right for me in the morning, and when I need a little more “oomph” to my tea I reach for Queen Catherine!
I am a music teacher and homeschooling mom who started drinking loose leaf tea about four years ago! My daughters and I have tea every day, and we are frequently joined by my students or friends for “tea time.” Now my hubby joins us, too. His tastes have evolved from Tetley with milk and sugar to mostly unadorned greens.
