drank Royal Wedding by Harney & Sons
3238 tasting notes

This was one of the four tea party teas today. I was very surprised that it wasn’t my guest’s favorite, though she liked it. She loves loves coconut so I thought it would be the hands down winner, but the smooth sweetness of Rose Scented Black by Harney won her heart. Right now it is a tie for me. This is a great white tea, and the coconut, vanilla, and almond flavors balance nicely. It is smooth and sweet, needs no additions to be enjoyed, and goes well with food.

I was surprised by this one myself. The flavors in the blend are not usually compatible with my taste buds, however I really liked it!

Bio

I am a music teacher, tutor, and former homeschool mom (25 years!) who started drinking loose leaf tea about fourteen years ago! My daughters and I have tea every day, and we are frequently joined by my students or friends for “tea time.” Now my hubby joins us, too. His tastes have evolved from Tetley with milk and sugar to mostly unadorned greens and oolongs.

We have learned so much history, geography, and culture in this journey.

My avatar is a mole in a teacup! Long story…
