I don’t always keep this one on hand but we buy it now and then for old times’ sake. This is the first “good” tea we ever experienced, so it holds a special place in my youngest daughter’s heart and she asks for it sometimes. On that note, this week I found an invitation to a tea party that I made for my oldest daughter about 18 years ago! Those early dress up tea parties are how we got started on hot tea, except that daughter doesn’t drink it at all. Only the younger ones do!

Preparation

Bio

I am a music teacher, tutor, and former homeschool mom (25 years!) who started drinking loose leaf tea about fourteen years ago! My daughters and I have tea every day, and we are frequently joined by my students or friends for “tea time.” Now my hubby joins us, too. His tastes have evolved from Tetley with milk and sugar to mostly unadorned greens and oolongs.

We have learned so much history, geography, and culture in this journey.

My avatar is a mole in a teacup! Long story…
