I like this tea when I have a cold, sweetened with either sugar or honey, but I especially like it iced! I put 5 lumps of white sugar in a 1 pt. mason jar with 2 bags, pour over the boiling water, close the jar, and let it sit in the sun for the rest of the afternoon. At the end of the day, I remove the tea bags and add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Some of the best sun tea I’ve ever made!
