I just got this last evening and I have to say that although it’s not as good as Tetley, it’s still rather nice. A smooth and strong blend, perfect for morning. The Assam is very apparent in this tea. I recommend it if you’ve no Tetley around.

British-born supporter of the Monarchy and of traditional tea times (including quitting work at 4:00 everyday!). I’ve no patience for herbal infusions as my palette was trained with blacks and greens. I own a small beverage shoppe in British Columbia and I get to enjoy all manner of teas and coffees and blends and mixes. I’m living the dream, as it were! I’ve traveled extensively whilst in the Royal Navy and have had ample opportunity to sample some of the world’s best teas. I import several varieties and spend alot time blending. I don’t have my own label but you can try some in my Shoppe! Major point: if what you’re drinking isn’t from camellia sinensis or camellia sinensis assamica…it isn’t tea.
