This makes quite a strong, full bodied cup of fragrant and creamy tasting tea with a hint of bergamot. I drink it with a dash of milk and re-steep the leaves once with no real change in flavour.
I like the fact it is organic, and would say it is my favorite earl gray tea to drink once in awhile, although I have to admit I haven’t tried many.
I have tried it iced but found it to be somewhat astringent and unpleasant when chilled.
