drank Hello Sweetie by Butiki Teas
181 tasting notes

So, I have been wanting to try this for quite awhile. Thank you Virginia, for sending me some – so very sweet of you!

The first note I detect is the banana, which is sweet and natural tasting, and as if it were baked in a dessert of some sort. This is perfectly accompanied by coconut as and buttery toffee, making it taste deliciously cake-like.

I used quite a bit of leaf for my cup so brewed for around 2 minutes and re-steeped the leaves a bit longer for the next two – lots of flavour in all cups, with the banana diminishing a bit after the first.

This is so good – and, probably one of the tastiest dessert/flavoured black teas I have had! Yum!

Bio

Love loose-leaf tea. My favorite right now is black, both straight and some flavoured. I mostly drink black teas with a small dash of milk or cream but sometimes just clear.

I am enjoying finding favorites and what I like to keep in my cupboard.

Recently I discovered that I enjoy green teas so am exploring those a bit also.

Likes: cacao/chocolate, coconut,
