Another tea given to me by Wombatgirl that makes me question reality. Truly delicious…I could be biased because I was actually craving a cookie when I drank this, but I doubt it!

This is so perfect. I wouldn’t do anything to change it…it’s so dreamy. I need to get some of this pronto. Perfectly fruity and slightly floral…..desserty with milk and sugar. Oh my.
I think I liked this more than the average person does. However, I did add milk and a bit of sugar before even tasting the tea plain (I was in the mood for milky tea this morning and nothing was going to stop me). The almond flavor is definitely there, but it’s subtle enough to be a morning tea rather than a dessert tea. I’ll have to try it plain though, but from what I’m reading I think it definitely benefits from milk and sugar.
I got a free sample of this with my order and I’m so glad that I did. It’s absolutely lovely, light, and sweet….that’s all I have to say. I’m definitely buying this, I’m loving this company so far.
This was just okay to me. A little disappointing because Tea For All Reasons’ caramel black is out of this world!!! The cinnamon flavor in it reminds me of red-hot candy or a cinnamon candle.

Is this real life? The first sip of this was some sort of otherworldly experience. This tea is like drinking liquid caramel squares, and smokey homemade tasting ones at that. As suggested, I lightly sweetened and added (soy) milk. I think this would make a fine iced milk tea, too.
Nice. My first cup was steeped for 4 minutes and I found it to be a little too light on flavor. 6 minutes was perfect for me. My 13 year old brother had a cup of this, his first loose leaf experience d’awwww.
I like this. If only I had more water for a second cup. It’s strong and earthy tasting, a little bit smoky like others said (but not overpowering, in my opinion). It smells a bit like roasted nuts to me. Not my usual breakfast tea, but definitely something I will have from time to time.
Great looking leaves! Really, I grabbed them out of my tea maker to get a closer look. The tea isn’t so bad either, it’s tasty. I very lightly sweetened it. Enjoyable, especially after a walk outside in cold weather. The second steep tasted more delicious than the first.
I love this because it tastes like Celestial Seasonings’ morning thunder. Some cups of matevana are better than others for me, I think I need to find the perfect brewing temperature/length. Lightly sweetened with milk is the way to go…it’s chocolatey, nutty, and roasted mate-y (well obviously). It doesn’t give me much of an energy boost.

I’m trying to find the perfect black tea to replace my morning bags (PG Tips, Twinings, not the bags under my eyes) so I decided to get a sample of this. Definitely strong, which I prefer because I’m a milk and sugar fan. I’m not sure I would crave cup after cup of this though, but I have enough of it left to change my mind.
Trying this for the first time…..I’m enjoying my morning cup but it’s probably not something I would go out and buy over and over again. I prefer Morning Thunder or PG Tips for bagged tea in the morning. I added milk (as I do with nearly all black teas) and it overpowered the taste of the tea. My water was just “hot” and not freshly boiled though, so that may have something to do with it.
Edit: For my second cup, I steeped the tea with the milk rather than splashing it in once I was ready to drink it. BIG DIFFERENCE! Tasty.
When this tea is steeping, it smells like fruity pebbles. When I go to drink it, it smells like fruity pebbles. I’ll let it be known that fruity pebbles are a guilty pleasure of mine. The tea itself doesn’t taste like the cereal (fortunately, I think that’d be peculiar for earl grey!!). It’s delicious, just like the description….smooooth. I don’t think it needs to be sweetened, it tastes fine as is. I did sweeten it and add milk, but that’s my preference. Dreamy.
Just got this in the mail today and had to give it a try. I have no experience with genmaicha….or loose leaf green tea for that matter, so I can’t give too much of an accurate review. I over-steeped it because I was confused with the color (ridiculously light, I thought something went wrong). It got a little bitter on me but it finally turned to a neon yellow sort of color. The taste and smell can be described in one word: toasty! Reminded me of japanese restaurant tea….toasted.
Edit: upping the rating here, I’ve been enjoying it.
This is pretty good. A treat with milk and sugar, but I have a feeling it would be even better iced. Very peachy after-taste, yum yum.
Okay, I’m dropping this down a bit because it now makes me nauseous.
Weak tea, weak pumpkin flavor. I don’t know if something was up with my tastebuds when I tried this, but I couldn’t really taste anything.
I was doing some school work at starbucks and decided to get something simple. I gave this a shot because I had never heard of it being on the menu. Deeeeelish, I sweetened it a bit. The teabag was kept in the cup but I never noticed any faulty flavor toward the end.
Ugh! What in the world…..I could only take one sip. Don’t do it to yourself.
This is a favorite tea, I don’t know why. In my opinion, it tastes like Lollicup’s boba milk tea. I drink 2-4 cups daily with a splash of soy and sweeten it.
