I don’t really know how to describe the taste of this one- mint for sure and then something almost pine-y. I did quite enjoy it though! It definitely soothed my sore throat but I am still sick so I can’t give it that good of a score…

This was just as good as I was expecting! Liquid caramel goodness! I think my entire teaspoon only has about two actual tea leaves, but it was delicious all the same. Definitely a re-buy!

Definitely craving it now… Mmmmmmmm!

I have improved my rating of this one because I found that the chocolate came through a lot better this time and mixed perfectly with the mint to taste like a mint chocolate bar (of which I am undeniably a fan). I made it with boiling water and 1 and half teaspoons and it was excellent, very full bodied and flavourful.
I will be making a trip to DAVIDs tomorrow to grab some of this before it is removed from the stores and only available online!

Haven’t made it to my little sample yet, so no in-store re-buy for me, if I like it. Sigh. Too many teas, too little time :)

I really like how mild and flavourful Teaopia’s green teas are, and this pomegranate flavoured one is excellent. The fruit does not overpower the green but makes for a very pleasing blend.

This sounds very nice and like something I would enjoy myself!

drank Coconut Cream by Teaopia

Swapped my housemate to get this in exchange for DAVIDs Fantasy Island (which I really did not enjoy). I find it hard to describe the flavour of this tea. It is a pleasant and light overall blend. Having never tried a “creamy” green before, that is probably what is throwing me off. The coconut and almond flavours are pleasant, and the green is very mild, i’m not crazy about the creamy flavour though. All in all its nice, but not amazing…

Yuuumm. Sounds good. Then again, anything with ‘coconut’ or ‘cream’ in the name is appealing to me!

So after my distaste last time, I decided to not follow the instructions and try again. I brewed it weak (only one tsp), using cooler water and only steeped for three or so minutes. I did like it with these specifications, as I found the bitter aftertaste was gone, however it did taste kind of weak. I upped my rating a bit from last time, but this is still a tea I won’t be re-buying once I run out…

This tea is amazing! It tastes like a sour candy- almost exactly like a sweet tart. I can’t wait to try it iced.

A little bit hung over this morning, wanted to see if this “cure all” could help with that too… Low and behold it did indeed. Just as yummy as when I got it from DAVIDs, minty and a little bit spicy. Excellent combination and highly recommended as a hangover reducer!

Made a timolino full today, perfect drink to get me though lectures. Good even as it gets cold, can’t wait to try it iced!

On smell, I would easily give it a 90, but on taste I can’t. It could be because I don’t really care for black tea or I did something wrong, but I found the overwhelming taste to be bitter. I didn’t really taste the coconut or the raspberry. Will have to try again to give a fair assessment, but after first try, I really do not care for this tea…

Kittenna

Exactly my impression of it. Didn’t like it the second time either. Same story with Love Tea #7…

vegatea

Mine was so bitter that I felt like puking

ClaymoreChick

I thought the same initially, but it turns out that I had oversteeped a bit. Also, nice tam, frosh :)
