This is my go-to morning caffeine right now. So yummy. I like the earthy notes from the pu-erh, and the richness from the chocolate.

I really wanted something creamy tonight, but still no dairy while I battle this bronchitis. So this was my creamy.

Hello.Kiki

feel better soon!

Cheri

Thanks! I am doing a lot better already. This just takes a while to clear up.

I quite like this tea. I think it’s really balanced and very tasty. I’m thinking about saving the rest of this for in TTBs I’ve got coming my way, since I need something good to be able to put in the box. I’m torn.

I opened the small sample size pack of this and loved the faint scent that rose from it; it smelled like an early spring day, when things are just starting to get green and grow. (My nose is working mostly now. yay.)

I added water and I was immediately surrounded in this green envelope of aroma. I could taste it in the air.

I steeped this western style in my ForLife mug. I’m at work, so I think the water wasn’t as cool as it should have been. Fortunately for me, things seemed to have survived their somewhat rough treatment. The first sip…much lighter than I had anticipated from how strong the scent was while steeping. But delicious. I really enjoyed the light flavors of this, green but not overwhelmingly so.

This tea did remind me of spring with the lightness of the green flavor, just a touch sweet, very fresh.

I’m excited to try the other small sample pack of this gong fu style.

What can I say? I have a cupboard full of teas and I’m drinking this one again tonight. But oh oh oh so good. I wish my computer was working so I could actually rate this tea. But like everything else lately, my computer is dead. The hard drive has about a billion bad sectors and it’s just not running anymore.

But this tea….It’s soothing my throat that is raw from coughing. It’s soothing my tired body. It tastes so good.

This was one of the samples in my Den’s sampler. If you haven’t ordered this yet, I highly recommend it. Only $3.

This tea was very good. I love the toasty flavor the added matcha makes it that much greener. Mmmm. All the things I love about genmaicha.

I had this for my morning tea, and so did my husband. We both enjoyed it. I love the subtle chocolate notes this tea has. Very comforting.

This is nice. I love the lemony creaminess of this tea. I’m not really getting grassy like other people said, though.

I want to enjoy this with a nice piece of lemon shortbread.

This is actually the third tea I’ve today. I should go log the others, too. I’m still sick and the cough medicine is making me loopy.

I have about 2t of this left, enough for a small mug (I usually use a 15 oz mug) so I’m adding it back to the wishlist.

Oh wow, this is good I mean really good.

Vanilla, almond, creamy.

Wow

It reminds me of a shortbread almond cookie.

It’s also really creamy. Surprisingly creamy. Deliciously creamy, especially since I’m sans dairy right now.

I haven’t tried a resteep yet, but the tin tells me I can.

The resteep is just as delicious. Maybe not quite as creamy, but still creamy and delicious.

This sounds super yummy. :)

Cheri

It is. I have yet to have a bad tea from The Tea Spot.

DeliriumsFrogs

Profile

Bio

Still relatively new to drinking teas, or so I feel, even though I’ve been at it for several months now.

I’m drinking more and more of different varieties of tea.

It’s been a few months that I’ve been on here. I’ve expanded from greens and flavored teas to now I’m all about the oolongs and some unflavored blacks. I’m mostly drinking unflavored teas now, but there are a few of those flavored ones that have a special place in my heart.

Pu-erh is also something I’ve recently found that I enjoy.

I have four kitties and a spouse.
