4 Tasting Notes
This is probably one of my favorite fruit teas. The blackberry is a strong flavor, but doesn’t overpower the flavor of the tea itself. The sage is a subtle background flavor, but is definitely detectable.
I found this to be a very smooth black tea, that you could brew for a long period of time without adding bitter notes, and it is also good for at least 2 or 3 brewing sessions.
I’m another one of those people that’s partial to chai. This reminds me more of a green tea based chai than a black tea. Not too much of a bite, but a good spice and wonderful aroma.
A good morning tea
