Like others here, I was summoned to buy this tea by Merlin on its box. Alas, that was where the magic ended. This is a pedestrian tea. It’s not bad for evenings, due to lack of caffeine and mildness on the stomach. It steeps to a light brown, due no doubt to the chicory, which I couldn’t taste. I couldn’t really taste the cinnamon or orange peel, either. As much as I enjoy the wizardly art on the box, I don’t think I’ll be buying this one again.

Flavors: Peppermint, Spearmint, Straw, Wet Wood

Preparation
175 °F / 79 °C 4 min, 30 sec 4 tsp 32 OZ / 946 ML

Seems to me there’s a thin line between true discernment and pretentious twaddle. I’ll write what teas work for me, why I like them or not. I’m not the connoisseur some folks here are, but I think you will get a fair assessment of whatever tea I write about.
