After reaching for an uninspired cup of Earl Grey yesterday, I remembered that I had one more serving of this mate left and thought it would really hit the spot, even I’d be sad to be out of it. Heavy on the leaf, I steeped it an extra 30 seconds and was rewarded with a rich flavorful cup. I wonder if this will be good with just a touch of frothed milk?
