And another one that I don’t have in my cupboard and haven’t logged yet. Three teabags left in the box now. I brought this one because my husband loves lemon. It’s soothing with honey to balance the tart lemon.

I had it that was last night because my throat was feeling dry. And drank nearly the whole cup quite quickly.

Yet another tea that I cannot believe is not in my cupboard and I’ve never logged. =P The general overview is that this is a solid enjoyable Earl Grey with a black tea based that gets too strong and bitter for my tastes if steeped much over three minutes.

Yesterday morning, I steeped it 30 seconds over that with the intention of making a London Fog and wanting the tea a bit strong to counter the addition of some milk. But when I went to make it, I discovered I had no vanilla. =( It’s on the grocery list now. And the Earl Grey with still quite nice with just a splash of milk.

2nd steep: 7 mins.
Early afternoon. No milk.

I’ve been getting used to Milk & [chocolate chip] Cookies black tea in the morning. Aren’t I spoiled? This tea is so good though. And I get chocolate in the morning. =)

I had this one this morning because it was a good day and I deserved some chocolate as opposed to my previous note. It’s also that time of the month (I know, TMI) which is prolly why I was wanting the chocolate. Added a splash of milk and mmm so good. =)

Good steeping time is 3 mins 15 secs.

I had a slight upset stomach yesterday so I had a cup of this one in the afternoon when I wanted a tea. It’s a good version of plain black tea. And it didn’t bother my stomach at all. =)

Omg, another tea that I’ve drank through most of the pouch and haven’t logged yet due to The Great Unlogged Period. This one is spot on. Exactly like a cinnamon roll and very yummy. Frank, you did good!

For this cup I got distracted doing things and didn’t quite finish it. But what I had was still v comforting.

I’m pretty low on Jackee and I can’t get anymore so I must have been having a shitty morning to have gone for him. But I can’t remember why now. lol. Oh yeah, I woke up at 2am with a seriously bad headache and much nausea. It was gone in the morning, but I always feel off the day after bad headaches. The Jackee was so good though.

Needed a second cup of black tea immediately after the first. Just looking the tea annex and this one sounded just fine. And it was!

This is another tea that I missed logging for the first time during The Great Unlogged Period. It’s a solid enjoyable berry black tea that I’m enjoying drinking my way through. =)

First tea of the day! Because sometimes you need chocolate for breakfast. =)

The black tea base came out a bit bitter in this cup. I need to lower the steeping time a bit and watch my leaf amount on this one. But I still love it so!

Will Work For Tea

Agreed – sometimes you just need a morning chocolate fix!

I’m 33 years old, studying pharmacy, and have a surly cat named Bin. I love tea, coffee, beer, wine, and most things food and beverage related. I also love music, movies, reading, writing, and learning new things.

I’ve drank tea all my life but about five to six years ago, my close friend Spautz got into tea and got me more into tea. I drink black teas and tisanes/herbals most. Since receiving a variable temperature kettle from my parents for Xmas this past year, I’ve been drinking more greens, oolongs, and whites. I’m very very new to puerh. That is, I’ve had only one.
