I think it’s been awhile since I’ve had this. Do I like LeafSpa’s Goomtee Darjeeling better? Or is it that I just have not very much of this one left? I need to drink them back to back and see maybe. Okay, I just looked at my tea backlog list and saw that I did. But I don’t remember. So I need to do it again.

I think I’ve nailed my combo down for sure finally. Half EG and half Ceylon for the 1st steep. Then Tiger as the bit of fresh leaf on the 2nd steep.

I had remembered this not being strong enough so I thought I steeped it longer this time. I added only a tiny bit of milk. This tea still tastes like just spicy and not tea and not a very strong or chai-like spicy at that. It just need more.

The great backlog continues…

I’m sure I’ve had this more than the three times I’ve logged it thus far. It’s quickly becoming my staple tea for a mildly upset tummy. Very soothing. I’m the kind of person to keep trying different teas and not rebuy the same ones often. But I think I will have to get more of this one when I run out.

Bio

I’m 33 years old, studying pharmacy, and have a surly cat named Bin. I love tea, coffee, beer, wine, and most things food and beverage related. I also love music, movies, reading, writing, and learning new things.

I’ve drank tea all my life but about five to six years ago, my close friend Spautz got into tea and got me more into tea. I drink black teas and tisanes/herbals most. Since receiving a variable temperature kettle from my parents for Xmas this past year, I’ve been drinking more greens, oolongs, and whites. I’m very very new to puerh. That is, I’ve had only one.
