I agree that this tea is very bitter and can taste like medicine. I’ve found that you have to brew it for 2 mins top the first time, and you can rebrew it after that several more times without that strong, bitter taste.
My favorite thing to do with this tea is use it as a mix in for the last minute that i’m brewing another tea (usually something herbal). it adds a bit of flavour without that harsh taste of medicine since you only leave it in at the last minute
