Use no more than one teaspoon (not rounded) and let steep for no more than 4 1/2 minutes. Tastes perfect.

This is my favorite Darjeeling tea. It has the flavor I expect in an Indian tea – just the right amount of bite. For a similar taste, but very mild, try the apollotea’s Margaret’s Hope Darjeeling.

It’s a smooth, good quality tea

I love genmaicha tea and I ordered a sample of this from Apollo Tea and enjoyed the wonderful aroma and satisfying taste of my first cup. Perfect as an after breakfast or after lunch tea.
