Bentleys Finest Tea

We have been brewing this up, then icing it. It has a strong berry flavor which overpowers the green tea, buts its not a bad thing. It’s OK for a bagged version of a flavored green.

This is billed as the “Champagne of Teas”, well I think I got a “bottle” past it’s prime. I’m not getting a whole lot out of this tea as far as flavor goes at all. I really feel like I’m just drinking hot water (first time ever). Maybe it’s an old box? Whatever it is, it isn’t good.

think the Champagne of Teas title went to Darjeeling a long time ago and just for that description alone I would have been dubious of the teas character..the only scented teas I’ve actually liked in a ‘whoa’ kind of way were the scented oolongs from Naivetea…if you get a chance check them out

The dry tea smells of dried apricots, a very sweet fruity smell.
The aroma of the tea is very pleasing, a strong and fragrant fruit smell, almost creamy, like a peach pie.
The tea itself is slightly bitter, and the fruit flavor is strong but not overpowering.
A little sugar cuts the bitterness and one notices the fruit more.
It is also nice with a little cream, and would make a fine iced tea!

Just came home from my daughter’s dance class, and I’m unwinding with a cup of this. The flavor is light and refreshing. Sweet blueberry does not overwhelm the white tea taste. Uplifting!

If you aren’t crazy about green teas but want the healthy spectrum it offers, try this. The white tea reminds me of a mild oolong, nice. The blueberry in these tea bags is bigger in the nose than the taste. But the taste is there. Good light tea, I recommend this.
